One Dead In Accident Involving School Bus In Cabarrus County
CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — One person is dead following a crash involving a school bus in Cabarrus County.
Investigators say a woman was driving downΒ Cox Mill Road between Christenbury Road and Poplar Tent Road when she ran off the side of the road, overcorrected and then struck a bus head on.
The woman has been pronounced deceased. Β A passenger in her vehicle was also injured.
The bus driver had minor injuries. Β No students were on the bus at the time of the accident.
