CMPD Looking Into Several Indecent Exposure Incidents

CHARLOTTE, NC– Tonight, we’re working to learn more about a handful of indecent exposure reports in the South Charlotte/Ballantyne area.

In the first report, dated September 8, a woman called police after seeing a man masturbating inside his car, on two separate occasions, in a parking lot on Ballantyne Corporate Place.

On September 10, a man grabbed a woman in the parking lot of the McDonalds on Fairview road in Southpark and pulled her toward his car and then exposed himself to her. She got away.

There are also reports from four other women and two teen girls, all who say a man exposed himself to them.

All of the addresses are in South Charlotte or Ballantyne.

A CMPD spokesperson could only tell me they are looking into it.
