Londoners get tattooed for free, but there's a catch!

CHARLOTTE, NC — You probably know someone who has a tattoo,  and you know how much thought went into getting the ink.

Over the weekend, people in London got tatted for free by a famous artist, but there was a catch.

The participants couldn’t see what they were getting  until the tattoo was finished!
