What the -? Study says millennials more likely to swear at work

It's being called the vulgarity gap.

CHARLOTTE, NC — It’s being called the vulgarity gap. A new study says millennials are more likely than others to swear at work.

A study conducted by Wrike, a California-based management service provider, surveyed 1,500 people that included the Baby Boomer generation, so-called Generation Xers (those who were born from the 1960s until the mid 1970s), and millennials (those who came of age at the turn of the century).

When asked – 45% of millennials said swearing at work wasn’t a big deal. 66% confessed to do doing it, while 36% say cursing in the workplace was a sign they’re passionate about their job.

The study also said younger women were especially more likely to drop the f-bomb in the office.
