CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Cam Newton walks out of press conference less than two minutes after it starts.
The Panthers clawed back from a 21 point deficit but fell short in a 41-38 loss to the New Orleans Saints. The loss dropped the Panthers record to 1-5 and last place in the NFC South, having lost to all three division foes.
Following the game, Cam showed up for his press conference but did not stay long.
He responded to questions with answers like “just doing what I’m told to do” and “just gotta find ways to win the football game” before exiting the press conference.
Cam was also memorably short with reporters following Carolina’s Super Bowl loss to the Broncos in February.
