CMS One Step Closer To Finding New Superintendent

CHARLOTTE, NC– Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools are one step closer to finding a new Superintendent.

The board met with the search firm that has been hired to help move the process forward at public input meeting.  Members of the firm gave their feedback about what the community is looking for in a new school leader.

Both the board and the search firm also went over the criteria they agreed upon for the qualified candidates, including a high level of honesty and integrity and someone who is well versed in educational ideas.
