Hillary Clinton Urges Early Voting During Charlotte Campaign Stop

CHARLOTTE, NC – With just over two weeks until Election Day, both Presidential candidates are campaigning hard in key battleground states, including North Carolina.

Hillary Clinton encouraged early voting during a campaign stop at UNC Charlotte Sunday night.
Many we in the crowd were students like UNC Charlotte freshman Amy Reisman.

“I’m out here just because I think it’s really important to be involved in the election. And especially this election in particular, it’s pretty exciting.”

Clinton told the crowd she thinks more people will vote in this election than ever before.

Over 36,000 people have already cast their ballots over the first three days of early voting in Mecklenburg County.

Clinton wants to make sure most of those voters support her.

“Make some phone calls, knock on some doors. It could make a big difference,” Clinton told the crowd.
