2 Additional Arrests Made In Connection To The Lincoln County Kidnappings

LINCOLNTON, NC — Deputies have arrested two additional people in connection to two Lincoln County kidnappings.

According to officials, Tagema Finandis, 23, of Stanley turned himself in on Friday for allegedly driving Jacob Houser from his ex-girlfriend’s home on Cowan’s Ford Road after he had kidnapped her from her home and was holding her captive in the back seat.

Teri Houser, 19, also of Stanley was also arrested for providing deputies with false information on Jacob Houser’s whereabouts during the investigation.

Finandis is charged with Accessory after the Fact/Felony, and Houser is charged with one felony count of Common Law Obstruction of Justice.
