Two People Arrested Following SWAT Standoff At Gun and Pawn Shop Identified

UPDATE: Police have identified the suspects arrested as 23-year-olds Jaah’kii Harris and Trey Davis, both of Charlotte.

Officials say Harris was given a $75,000 bond while Davis received a $200,000 bond plus another $284,000 bond for previous warrants.

UPDATE: The SWAT situation at the Mt. Holly Gun and Pawn shop has ended with two people being taken into custody.

Family members were able to convince the man inside the store in to giving himself up by phone.  Another person was arrested outside of the store.

Neither suspect has been identified, but WCCB will share the identities of the individuals when they are released.

MT. HOLLY, N.C. — SWAT negotiators are working to get an armed man who barricaded himself inside Mount Holy Gun and Pawn out safely.

Reports say authorities responded to a call about a break-in at Mount Holly Cash and Pawn early Monday morning.  SWAT, Mount Holly Police, and Gastonia Police are all on the scene.

Apparently, the suspect barricaded himself inside the store when police arrived on the scene.

Officers have blocked off a portion of Henry Street as the standoff continues.
