Comedian Amy Schumer is trying to cool off some of the heat she’s taking for her version of Beyonce’s Formation video.

Schumer says it’s a tribute, not a parody, and that Queen B and Jay-Z signed off. Critics say Schumer made light of cultural issues, like the Black Lives Matter movement.
