Suspect Wanted After Back-To-Back Armed Robberies

CHARLOTTE, NC — Police need help locating a suspect they say is responsible for multiple armed robberies in east Charlotte.

Investigators say the robberies happened Wednesday between 12:20pm and 12:35pm at a 7-Eleven and then a Corner Mart on Eastway Drive. In both incidents the suspect entered, showed a gun, and demanded property before taking off.  No one was injured during the robberies, according to officials.

The suspect is described as a black male, about 5’10”, thin build with long dreadlocks, and last seen wearing a grey hoodie with stripes and dark pants.
