Democrats Call On Trump To Reconsider Bannon Appointment

House Democrats are calling on President-Elect Donald Trump to rescind the appointment of Breitbart News executive Steve Bannon as a senior White House Adviser.

169 of the 188 Democrats in the house signed a letter saying Bannon’s appointment undermines Trump’s ability to unite the country.

They point to stories from Breitbart News that are derogatory toward Jews and Muslims, women and other groups.
