Counties Accepting Donations To Help Firefighters Battling The NC Wildfires

CHARLOTTE, NC — Counties are taking steps to direct donations that continue to come in for firefighters battling the wildfires in the western part of North Carolina.

Officials with the NC Department of Emergency Management, in cooperation with the Western North Carolina Association of Firefighters and the North Carolina and U.S. Forest Service, are asking that donations be directed to specific counties.
