RALEIGH, NC — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 68-year-old Kannapolis woman after authorities say her car was found abandoned at an Arkansas rest stop.
Officials say Wanda Harlley was believed to be heading out west to California when her car was found abandoned. She is said to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Harlley is described as a black female, 5’7″, 135lbs, shoulder length hair, and brown eyes. According to reports, she was last seen on Kerr Street NW in Concord.
