CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD says a suspect has been arrested for the November 15th shooting of a southwest Charlotte man at Snug Harbor.
According to reports, Khary Waters, 42, was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill and Inflicting Serious Injury.
The shooting happened just before 2am on November 15th at the Snug Harbor club on Gordon Street. The victim, 25-year-old Gregorio Farmer, was taken to CMC with a gunshot wound. Investigators say Waters and Farmer did not know each other.
