Amber Alert For Missing Georgia Teen Canceled In South Carolina, Still Active In GA

UPDATE: Officials say the Amber Alert for a missing teen that was extended to South Carolina has been canceled, but remains active in Georgia.

SOUTH CAROLINA — An Amber Alert issued in Georgia for a missing teen by The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has been extended to South Carolina.

According to reports, 15-year-old Calah Waskow was abducted on December 4th in Evans, Georgia and is believed to be in “extreme danger.” Officials believe Waskow was abducted by 37-year-old Jason Johnson.

The victim, Waskow, is described as a white female, 5’4″, 98lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

The suspect, Johnson, is described as a white male, 5’8″, 175lbs, with blonde/brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen driving a tan 1998 Ford Crown Victoria with SC plate KVJ240.
