Rowan Deputies To Fill Salisbury Police Spots
SALISBURY, NC– The Rowan County sheriff’s office is joining forces with Salisbury Police to fight recent crime in the community.
In an agreement signed today during an emergency meeting, deputies will now fill vacant spots in the police department. It comes just days after 7-year-old year A’yanna Allen was shot and killed while sleeping in bed.
Police are still searching for whoever shot into the home on Harrell Street Sunday.
Right now there are 15 vacant spots in the Salisbury Police Department.
