CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Zombie enthusiasts and fans of the number-one show on television, The Walking Dead, will have the opportunity to meet their favorite stars at the upcoming Walker Stalker Con on December 17th and 18th at The Park Expo and Conference Center.
This is your chance to meet the stars of The Walking Dead, Z Nation, Breaking Bad and much more! The Walker Stalker Charlotte Convention is by fans for fans.
The focus of the convention is on authentic interactions with actors, free family-friendly activities and a relaxed environment where the actors can be themselves.
Celebrities attending include: Tom Payne (Jesus, The Walking Dead), Chandler Riggs (Carl, The Walking Dead), Khary Payton (Ezekiel, The Walking Dead), Michael Cudlitz (Abraham, The Walking Dead), John Carroll Lynch (Eastman, The Walking Dead and Twisty, American Horror Story), Giancarlo Esposito (Gus, Breaking Bad), Keith Allan (Murphy, Z Nation) and many many more. Attendees can also participate in a range of engaging and unique activities, including:
● Free panel sessions led by stars from some of television’s most popular shows.
● Zombies and cosplayers roam the convention floor, making for interactive experiences attendees will never forget.
● Bringing the Dead to Life with Tate Steinsiek, a two-hour demonstration showcasing intermediate and advanced zombie special effects. This is a chance to get up close and personal with one of the stars of Face Off as he explains and demonstrates his incredible craft. There will also be a “Custom Convention Make Up Session” with Tate.
● Vendors who deal in the comic, entertainment, zombie and other genres and industries.
One of the most popular elements of the convention is the chance to meet and hear from stars from popular shows. In Charlotte, attendees will be treated to sessions with:
● The Walking Dead: Tom Payne (“Jesus”), Chandler Riggs (“Carl”), Khary Payton (“Ezekiel”), Michael Cudlitz (“Abraham”), Josh McDermitt (“Eugene”), Christian Serratos (“Rosita”), IronE Singleton (“TDog”) in all, there will be 26 actors from the show in attendance.
