CHARLOTTE, NC — The City Manager, Marcus D. Jones, announced Wednesday that the 2016 Belk Bowl and FanFest has been declared an extraordinary event.
The Belk Bowl will be played Thursday, December 29th at Bank of America Stadium in Uptown. The extraordinary event designation includes both the Belk Bowl and the Belk Bowl FanFest concert at BB&T Ballpark.
