ROCK HILL, SC — A 28-year-old mother of four was arrested after police say she was exposing herself at a barber shop on Saluda Street while her children were present.
According to police reports, officers were called to the Gaston Barber Shop after Latigra Heath allegedly exposed herself to a group of men outside the business Sunday afternoon. Heath told police she was being paid to clean the barber shop in red lingerie. Officers say they told Heath to stop because she was visible to her four children and other citizens.
A short while later, officers were again called to the location after another caller reported that Heath was outside the barber shop stripping. When officers arrived they found Heath sitting inside with the red lingerie on, her breasts exposed, and the door locked, according to reports.
Police say a man inside the business with Heath and her four children began shouting “where’s that gun” and telling police that “if the door opened, he was shooting.”
SWAT and negotiators were called to the scene. The man was eventually taken into emergency protective custody for acting erratically and claiming to see things that were not there, according to reports. Police say there was no gun found at the scene.
Heath was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and unlawful conduct towards a child.
