The Buffalo Bills have tapped Panthers defensive coordinator Sean McDermottt as their new head coach.

McDermott has been with Carolina since 2011. And it looks like the Panthers have already found his successor.

Multiple reports say assistant head coach and secondary coach Steve Wilks will get the job.
