Toddler Shot During Drug Deal
ORANGEBURG CO., SC– A toddler was shot in the head when her father brought her along on a drug deal.
She is now out of intensive care. The two-year-old was hit by a stray bullet when her dad got into a gun battle with the dealer.
Tyrone Randolph is charged with unlawful neglect of a child. SLED agents arrested him in Orangeburg County, South Carolina.
They say he left his daughter in the back seat of his car when he tried to buy drugs in Santee on Saturday.
Randolph and the drug dealer started shooting at one another.
A bullet hit the toddler in the head as she sat in a car nearby. She’s at a children’s hospital in Columbia.
