HILDEBRAN, NC — The Burke County Sheriff’s Office needs help identifying the suspect they say robbed a convenience store at gun point Sunday morning.
According to reports, the suspect robbed the Fast Track Convenience Store off I-40 Exit 119 around 5:30am Sunday. The suspect stole money and other items from the store before fleeing in a mid-90’s gold Mitsubishi, deputies say. He was last seen heading towards Henry River Road.
The suspect is described as a black male, around five feet tall, dreads, and wearing a hoodie and blue jeans.
