Teens, Screen Time and The “Goldilocks Zone”
CHARLOTTE, NC — There’s a magic number for how long your teens should spend in front of the TV or computer. Researchers call it the “Goldilocks Zone.”
They say teens should only spend one hour and 40 minutes on video games during the week.
For smartphones, it’s one hour and 57 minutes. three hours and 41 minutes for tv and movies, and four hours and 17 minutes for computer time.
