UNION COUNTY, NC — A 51-year-old Indian Trail man is facing multiple charges after investigators found child pornography on his computers and electronic devices.
Deputies say David Garrett is charged with six counts of Third Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Several Cyber Tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led investigators from the Union County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Homeland Security to search and seize Garrett’s devices, according to reports.
During the search officials say they found images of child pornography downloaded on the devices.
Garrett was arrested and placed under a $75,000 bond.
