Wilkinson Boulevard Closed After Concrete Falls Off Tractor Trailer Truck

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Wilkinson Boulevard inbound between Morehead Street and I-77 is blocked after a large piece of concrete fell off a tractor trailer truck.

The accident happened just before 1:30pm.  No injuries were reported.

Alternate route: Turn right onto Remount Rd. At the first stop light turn left onto West Blvd. After the first stop light turn left onto the I-77 North ramp and proceed to I-77 North. Take the 9 B ramp off of I-77 North and proceed onto I-277 Outer Loop/ US-74 West.
