Charlotte Lawyer Disbarred For Having Sex With Clients

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Charlotte lawyer has been disbarred for having sexual relations with clients.

Court documents state that Christopher Greene sent electronic messages to clients containing sexual and sexually-suggestive subject matter during the existence of the attorney-client relationship.  It was also determined, per court documents, that Greene also had sexual relations with several clients.

The documents state that Greene admitted to having sex with clients.  Officials say all the clients were immigration clients and they were “especially vulnerable”.

The court documents state that Greene is resigning his license to practice law and has tendered his license to practice law in North Carolina.
