Deputies Arrest Suspect In Flat Creek Quick Stop Armed Robbery

UPDATE: Deputies have arrested Eric Napper, 24, for the armed robbery on January 31st at the Flat Creek Quick Stop.

According to reports, Napper was arrested Friday afternoon and charged with Armed Robbery and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Violent Crime.

Napper, who officials say was identified as a suspect during the investigation, was arrested and charged after being interviewed by detectives and search warrants issued for his home revealed items believed to have been used during the crime.

KERSHAW, SC — Deputies are trying to find the man they say robbed a convenience store at gunpoint Tuesday night.

Employees say a man entered the Flat Creek Quick Stop on Gold Mine Highway around 8:30pm and demanded money, according to reports. When they asked if he was serious, deputies say he pulled a handgun and took money from the register. Officials say the robber exited the store while pointing the gun at the clerk and threatening to shoot her. He then ran off towards Gold Mine Highway.

No one was injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as a white male, average height and build, strawberry blond hair, and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a heavy green camo jacket, solid green ski mask, a shirt with a ‘distinctive’ logo over the left breast, and light colored boots.
