CHARLOTTE, N.C. — CMPD officer Brad Potter posted about a teenager who asked if he could pray for him and the post is going viral.
Potter said a few weeks ago he was sitting in his patrol car at a gas station working on paperwork when a teen named Caleb walked over to him.
He said Caleb asked, “Can I pray for you?”
Potter then asked Caleb, “How about we pray together?”
The post says the two clasped hands and prayed. They prayed for their safety, for the safety of other officers and the safety of the community.
