CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are looking for 15-year-old Noelia Cortez who was reported missing Monday.
According to CMPD, Cortez was last seen on Tirano Court on March 27th. She is described as a black female, 5’5, 125 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
