CLEVELAND – Wanted by the Cleveland Police, Steve Stephens is an Armed & Dangerous Man. Earlier today, Stephens recorded a homicide on his personal Facebook account via Facebook Live.
Cleveland Police say he is on a killing spree, attacking multiple victims and they do not know his motive at this time. So far only one victim has been identified as an elderly man seen in the video posted by Stephens.
Cleveland Police say he was last seen driving a White Ford Fusion with a temporary license plate.
