Two big-time NFL draft prospects will have to wait and see what will happen after they both had diluted drug screenings at the NFL scouting combine.
Michigan defensive back Jabrill Peppers and Alabama linebacker Reuben Foster both had diluted samples. A diluted sample counts as a positive test in the NFL.
Both players have claimed they drank a lot of water due to illnesses before the combine. NFL teams will now have to decided if this impacts their decision on drafting these athletes in the upcoming draft.
Peppers and Foster were both expected to be first-round picks.
