CHARLOTTE, N.C. — CMPD is investigating after two people were shot outside of an east Charlotte hookah bar.
Police say at about 3:41 a.m., on Saturday morning, officers responded to Carolina’s Medical Center after two people arrived at the emergency room with gunshot wounds.
One male and one female victim sustained injuries that were not life-threatening.
The victims said they were walking to their car in the parking lot of Babylon Hookah Lounge, located at 3061 N. Sharon Amity Road, when they were struck by gunshots.
