Media Day Highlights The PGA Championship Coming This August

CHARLOTTE, NC — The Queen City will host its first golf major when the 2017 PGA Championship tees off at Quail Hollow in August.

It’s the biggest sporting event to ever hit Charlotte, and the hype kicked up another notch Monday when defending tournament champ Jimmy Walker visited for media day.

More than 200,000 fans are expected to attend the PGA Championship. The first round will tee off August 5th.
