Firefighter Injured, Cat Rescued In Huntersville House Fire
UPDATE: Β Two additional cats were found at the residence and administered oxygen.

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. —Β Two stations responded to a “heavy” structure fire near Lake Norman, on Wednesday morning.
At about 11:15 a.m., crews were called to home on Maxwelton Drive, in Huntersville,
Crews were able to contain the blaze in about 20 minutes, but the fire caused extensive damage to the residence.
According to the Huntersville Fire Department Twitter account, one firefighter sustained minor burns and cat was rescued during the response.
No word on what started the fire, as of yet.
