ROCK HILL, SC — Police have arrested a 35-year-old man on the charge of Peeping Tom.
Travis Couser has been arrested on that charge before, says Rock Hill Police. The most recent incident happened back in April at an apartment complex on Laurel Street.
The victim told police that a black male was looking in her bedroom around 1am. According to reports, the victim and her neighbor both tried to confront the suspect and her son also chased after the man with a stick. All parties told police that they could identify him if given a photo line up.
Couser was identified and charged with Peeping Tom/Eavesdropping. His bond has been set at $35,000.
