Huntersville Target Reopens After May Fire

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — The Target in Huntersville is honoring local heroes as it reopens after last month’s fire.

The fire broke out in the refrigerated grocery section of the store on May 22nd, causing major smoke and water damage.

The store held a special reopening today, and employees thanked those who helped in the recovery process. Target also donated a $2,500 gift card to the Huntersville Fire Department and another $2,500 gift card to Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.
