Two Teens Identified After Crashing Stolen Vehicle Into W. Charlotte Home
CHARLOTTE, NC — Police have two carjacking suspects in custody after they crashed into a home during a police chase Wednesday afternoon.
Shortly after 4pm, police say a woman reported being carjacked at gunpoint on Sharon Road W. at South Boulevard. Police found the stolen grey Toyota Solara on South Boulevard and short time later and attempted to stop the suspects.
Police say the suspects crashed into the side of a home on Ashley Road near Alleghany Street and attempted to run on foot. They were both arrested a short time later.
CMPD identified the suspects as 17-year-old Alfred Goodley and 18-year-old Harrison Hillman.
Both suspects have been charged with common law robbery and felony conspiracy, with Hillman additionally being charged with hit-and-run causing property damage.
