CHARLOTTE, N.C. — UPDATE: CMPD has located Dawn Hoff, who was reported missing back on May 31st.
CMPD’s Missing Persons Unit is conducting an investigation into the disappearance of 51 year old, Dawn Hoff.
The incident was reported in the 7200 block of Point Lake Drive, in the Independence Division at around 7:52 p.m., on, May 31, 2017.
Independence Division patrol officers responded to a missing person call for service and spoke with the brother of Dawn Hoff. He stated that Dawn Hoff was last seen leaving her residence en-route to an unknown destination on foot on May 30, 2017, around 9:00 a.m. Ms. Hoff may have an cognitive issue and there is some concern about her safety. She was believed to be recently sighted in the downtown area.
