Cold Front on the Way, Cooler Temps and Lots of Rain

After a hot Father’s Day, changes brew Monday night. Monday’s still warm and a bit muggy with highs in the upper 80s. Plus, we’ll see a 40% chance for isolated afternoon showers and thunderstorms. A cold front passes Monday night into early Tuesday morning. There’s a slight chance for severe weather as it passes, and we could see heavy rain that leads to flooding in some areas. Once it passes, temperatures drop to the low 80s for both Tuesday and Wednesday. Rain chances stick at a minimum of 30% from Wednesday through the weekend.
