CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Mecklenburg County commissioners will decide if C.M.S. Schools should get $15 million extra next year.
Commissioners will also decide if they’ll allow the public to have a say on a nearly $1 billion referendum for the district.
The budget increase would help pay for new schools, along with other projects for C.M.S. and would’t raise property taxes.
