ROWAN COUNTY, NC — A 33-year-old man is facing multiple charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old victim in May 2017.
Ricky Clark, Jr. is charged with four counts Statutory Rape, three counts Statutory Sex Offense, five counts Indecent Liberties, two counts of 1st Degree Sex Exploitation of a Minor, and three counts of 3rd Degree Sex Exploitation of a Minor.
According to reports, both the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office and Concord Police were notified about the incidents on May 24th. Officials say locations for the incidents, which occurred between May 7 and May 21, were found in both the county and city.
Clark is being held in the Cabarrus County Detention Center under a $500,000 secured bond.
