8AM Couch Chat: A Crazy Loophole

No doesn’t really mean no in North Carolina and the clock is ticking to close the loophole. Mecklenburg County Senator, Jeff Jackson, is fighting to change a 1979 State Supreme Court Ruling that says a person can’t take back sexual consent once sex starts.

Jackson still has not gotten a Senate hearing and without one, his repeal will likely die for the rest of the session.
