MORGANTON, N.C. — A silver alert has been issued for a missing Morganton woman who may be suffering from cognitive issues.
Authorities are asking for help locating 87-year-old Betty Culler Stock. She was last seen in the area of Fleming Street in Morganton driving a green 1996 Dodge Caravan with North Carolina license plate XVD-4265.
Ms. Stock is described as being 5’5″, 140 pounds and having gray hair and hazel eyes. She was wearing a flowered sweater with green slacks and grey slippers.
