UPDATE: Deputies say Christopher May has been found and taken into custody.

YORK, SC — Multiple agencies are still searching for a suspect who cut off his ankle monitor Sunday afternoon.
The search began shortly after 2pm in the area of Springlake Country Club near W. Alexander Love Road, Rabbit Rub Road, and Black Highway. Deputies say the suspect is Christopher ‘Chuck’ May.
May is described as a 43-year-old white male, 5’7″, around 180-200lbs. He is wanted for Failure to Stop for Blue Lights, Trafficking Meth, cutting off his ankle monitor, and other pending charges.
Multiple units, including helicopter and K9, are assisting with the search.
