UPDATE: Officials say Mark Timmons was found in Wagener, SC overnight and is safe.
The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office found Timmons and his car around midnight, according to reports. His family has been notified.

ROCK HILL, SC — Police are trying to find 72-year-old Mark Timmons after he was reported missing Tuesday afternoon.
Police say Timmons suffers from early on-set dementia, and went missing around 3:30pm. He was last seen driving a silver 1993 Ford Mustang with SC Tag- CBL 441. He was also wearing blue jeans, a light blue shirt with stripes, and brown boots.
Timmons grew up in Kershaw, according to police, and may be headed there.
He is described as a white male, 6’7″, 185lbs, brown eyes, and partially gray hair.
Anyone who sees the Mustang or Timmons is asked to call 911.
