Missing Clover Man Found Dead After Disappearing Last Thursday Afternoon
UPDATE: CMPD says Randy McFalls was found dead in Charlotte Wednesday from an apparent suicide.
_____
CHARLOTTE, NC — Family members are concerned and asking for help after a loved one left work in southwest Charlotte Thursday afternoon and disappeared.
According to family, Randy McFalls, 52, left work on Stuart Andrew Boulevard around 4:30pm. They say he was on his way home to Clover, SC, but hasn’t been heard from since.
The family says they have been in contact with CMPD, and have tried tracking him using his iPhone and iWatch GPS but both have been turned off. That’s something the family says, “is very unlike Uncle Randy.”
His family also says they do not know of any medical conditions that may have led to his disappearance.
“A great man… a family man,” is how the family describes McFalls, and says he is not someone who would just disappear.
McFalls is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, around 200 pounds, with short grey hair, and green eyes. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, a white polo shirt with ‘Warco’ on the front pocket, and brown Sperry shoes. McFalls was driving a pearl white Chevrolet truck crew cab with a Clemson paw on the tailgate and NC tag number DZ-7187.
Anyone with information on McFalls’ whereabouts should call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
