CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The ACLU is taking North Carolina to court again over the HB2 Replacement.
House Bill 142 is supposed to protect LGBT workers, after critics say HB2 stripped them of rights.
Critics of House Bill 142 says the part of the new law that prevents cities and counties from passing additional protections for the LGBT community is discriminatory.
