CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A 17-year-old is in critical condition after being shot while sitting in a car in East Charlotte.
Police are currently looking for the shooter and believe the incident took place around 11 p.m. last night on McMullen Way at Monroe Road.
A passenger in the car tells authorities she saw the suspect or suspects runs from the scene. Officers are still in the process of interviewing her.
