EDGE On The Clock: The Fountain Of Youth May Be In A Package Of Oatmeal

CHARLOTTE, NC — A family in Northern Ireland holds the Guinness World Record for the oldest family in the world, and they say it’s all thanks to oatmeal.

The Donnelly family credits their longevity to eating a bowl of oatmeal twice a day. Out of 16 siblings, there are 13 still living with an age range of 72 to 93 years old.
